This project is off the Purley Way CROYDON. A large semi-detached property that historically housed staff to produce water supplies to the Borough of Croydon Surrey.
The instruction was to open plan the internal ground floor and add a substantial lean-too structure to the rear that was within Permitted Development Rights not requiring Full Planning Permission.
Full 3D virtual plans were required to envisage the potential of a large open plan kitchen, diner and living space over looking the garden.
