Permitted Development & Certificate of Lawfullness

This rear extension and excavated rear garden with retaining wall and spiral staircase was built under Permitted Development. However disagreement between parties forced the homeowner to provide evidence their development was lawful. We produced drawing of the ‘as built project’ and aquired a Certificate of Lawfullness meaning the extension and rear ground works were within the owners development rights.
